Mist sprayer means the “MIST” instead of other forms such as thread, drop, foam, etc., is sprayed out. The inner structure of nozzle decide the form sprayed out.
All nasal, throat and topical sprayers’ mist forming mechanism is same. Here we use a topical fine mist sprayer as an example. The inner cavity of the nozzle has a few channels, which makes the liquid spin before the liquid rushes out. To form mist, “spin” is necessary.
