Acutally, aluminum foil comes with a paper gasket before it sticks on the bottle neck. The other side of aluminum is covered with a PE or PET film, according to PE or PET bottle will be sealed. After sealing, aluminum foil will stick on the bottle neck. When the packed thing is used, aluminum foil is opened then. This method keeps the container sealed without leakaging or cotamination.
A electromagnetic induction sealing machine is used for the sealing progress. Details refers to the video below.
The aluminum foil gasket can not be used for sprayer directly. However, some customers like sealing the liquid in the bottle with aluminum foil firstly and putting a separated sprayer in the box. Onle when it is used, sprayer will be screw on then.
